Native to parts of Southeast Asia and India, Ebony Macassar is prized for its dark coloring, which ranges from dark caramel to dark black-brown. Ebony Macassar is also very hard and long-lasting, making it very suitable for a door covering.
In this flush door design, the veneer is placed so the grain runs horizontally, except for the outer edges, where it is placed vertically. The vertical grain forms a frame of sorts, and looks similar to a paneled door. This door style is perfect for a modern home, used in sets or singly to highlight a specific area.
