The color of this wood internal door evokes a sirocco, a Mediterranean wind that comes from the Sahara and sometimes reaches hurricane force in North Africa and Southern Europe. The wood itself is actually grey oak, a species more common to North America. The door shows off a subtle, yet eye-catching, design where vertical grain is interrupted by a narrow horizontal panel that runs off center down the door. Unlike many of the interior doors on the market, ours are constructed of a solid composure slab with a superior quality grey oak veneer applied on top. They are then finished with discreet metal hardware and fitted snuggly into a jamb for easy installation. Use this door in a bedroom, living room or any room where subtle contrast is desired. The coloring lends itself to a wide variety of decorating and color schemes, from modern and monochromatic to neutral and textured.
