Delivery time varies for different types of products. Items that are in stock are shipped within 2 business days with a delivery frame of 7-12 business days. Special order items take up to 14 weeks as products are being manufactured overseas and shipped to the United States. Back to top

All items shipped to our customers require signature on delivery for the following reasons:

You can change/cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the initial order. There are no cancellation fees for regularly stocked items. However, special orders such as Interior Doors bear a Cancellation fee of 25%. Back to top

You can return products you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us must be covered by you. Credit/debit cards payments are processed securely through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay for your order. Simply fill out the payment form provided to you by PayPal. We do not store credit/debit card numbers as payments are processed through the payment network of PayPal.
