Light Oak Meridian Interior Door
Like the meridians of the planet run from north to south, dividing zones east to west, this light oak door features a prominent line down the center that divides the right and left sides of the door into equal parts.
How is this meridian like design created? The door starts with light oak veneer, the highest of quality, with a very light color and a fine grain. The grain is placed vertically everywhere except the very middle of the door, where it runs vertically. The irony is that the horizontal veneer actually creates a vertical design line.
With its eye lifting lines, this door actually has a way of making a room seem bigger, and the ceiling higher. It would look fantastic in a modern room with lots of windows and other touches of wood. It also would look great in an office or creative studio.
