Sapele Mahogany Mayfair Interior Door
As many of our doors, this interior door design is derived from a door design of the past, a carriage door you might have seen on an old country estate. This design, however, is decidedly modern, featuring alternating large rectangles of horizontally and vertically grained veneer.
The veneer used in this interior door model is Sapele Mahogany, a hardwood grown in tropical Africa. Sapele Mahogany is a relative of true mahogany and virtually the same in appearance, with a reddish brown hue and dark grain that runs thick and thin. Sapele Mahogany is also extraordinarily dense and durable, making it the perfect choice for a door that sees heavy use.
This wood door would look fantastic in a modern home or office, in a kitchen, living area or executive suite. It also can be used in conjunction with one of our flush doors in Sapele Mahogany for a continuous finish.
